Youth Police Advisory Council (YPAC)

The Dallas Police Department Youth Police Advisory Council (YPAC) creates a meaningful forum for Dallas-area high school students to engage directly with law enforcement leadership, community mentors, and city partners. YPAC gives students a structured, respectful space to discuss issues affecting their schools, neighborhoods, and daily lives — while helping shape constructive approaches to community safety and police-community relationships.
